After years of witnessing hospital births up close, I saw the gaps. The rushed explanations. The overlooked preferences. The quiet fears no one had time to ask about. And I knew moms deserved better.

The Heart Behind Sacred Journey
Hi again, I’m Serrita! I’ve spent years on the front lines of hospital births, witnessing firsthand the incredible strength, joy, and sometimes heartbreak that comes with bringing new life into the world.
My journey into this work is deeply personal. When my sister experienced a full-term stillbirth at 40 weeks, it rocked my world and shifted my perspective forever. Through that dark, devastating heartbreak, I saw the true power of compassionate care, informed support—and I knew I wanted to be that light for other mamas navigating the highs and lows of pregnancy and birth.
That’s why I created Sacred Journey Birth & Beyond—to be your calm in the chaos, your trusted guide, and your birth-obsessed bestie all rolled into one.
That experience fuels everything I do. I believe birth is a sacred, natural journey that sometimes needs medical support, but should never lose its soul.
I combine my clinical know-how with heart-led coaching to help you feel confident, prepared, and deeply supported—not just during birth, but through pregnancy and postpartum, too!
